We purchased a flat piece grinding machine from Sam Li a few months ago. The delivery was not easy because it was made to Ukraine, where there is a war going on. Aadditionally, due to traffic restrictions on the Red Sea, the delivery time was extended. But luckily the machine was delivered to the company's headquarters. Throughout this time, Sam Li stayed in touch with us and responded quickly to all questions and concerns. The machine is of good quality and does its job. We had one minor problem with one of the engines, but Sam Li was very helpful and accepted the repair costs under warranty. We can honestly recommend this supplier.
